We offer two ways to request data deletion, depending on your preference.
Option 1: Delete Your Account Directly
This is the fastest and most recommended way to delete your data. By using this method, all your personal information, including your account details and classified ad listings, will be permanently removed from our system.
Steps to Delete Your Account:

Navigate to your Profile or Account Settings page.

Look for a button or link titled “Delete Account” or “Delete My Data.”

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request. You may be asked to re-enter your password for security.
Option 2: Submit a Data Deletion Request via Email
If you are unable to access your account or prefer to submit a direct request, you can contact our support team.
Please send an email to a support email address (e.g., support@whizzad.net) with the following information:

Email Address: The email associated with your Whizzad.net account.

Reason for Request: (Optional) A brief explanation for your request.
Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion of your data within 30 days.
What Happens to Your Data?
Upon successful data deletion, all your personally identifiable information, account details, and content you have submitted (e.g., classified ads) will be permanently removed from our active database. Please note that some non-personal data may be retained for analytical purposes, and certain data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
