How to Submit Legal Requests/Notices:

LEAs can send legal requests/notices to us for assistance with user details via email to:

Format for Legal Requests/Notices:

We are committed to assisting you with the required information, provided the legal requests made are valid and in accordance with applicable laws in India. To ensure the most efficient processing of your request, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. General Requirements:

    • Requests should be typed or clearly written in legible handwriting.

    • Must be sent through the official email ID of the law enforcement agency, and/or a scanned copy of a duly signed and stamped legal request/notice should be attached to the email.

    • Must be in, or translated into, English or Hindi.

  2. Specific Details Required:

    • Applicable Law: Clearly specify the relevant law or legal provision under which you are seeking the information.

    • Identification Details: Provide clear details that allow us to identify the relevant account, user, or ad listing. This can include:

      • Email ID associated with the user/account.

      • Mobile number associated with the user/account.

      • Ad ID (Whizzad.net listing ID).

      • Any other unique identifier available to you.

    • Information Sought: Clearly state the specific type of information you are seeking (e.g., user registration details, IP logs, ad posting history, communication records).

    • Purpose of Request: Clearly mention the purpose for seeking such information (e.g., investigation of a specific crime, legal proceedings).
